Allan Scott – racing a T Type in the 1960s
We are fortunate to be able to still gather reminiscences of the early years of T Type racing.
Perhaps some of the glory years was in the mid to late 1960s when the T Register organised teams of T Type racers – with even team managers! – but here we have the reminiscences of Allan Scott who raced a TC in the years just before this period. It tells of the trials and tribulations of racing a TC whilst still using it as an everyday car and of the massive amount of work needed when things went wrong.
