MG Centenary Event – Brooklands

Weekend 18th to 19th May 2024

This event is the finale of the MG Centenary celebrations and will be held at Brooklands.

The MG100 SE event takes place over the weekend of 17th/19th May 2024 and is organised by the South East MG Car Club and MG Owners Club.

The event will draw a close to the MG Centenary in the South East and will be a celebration of all things MG. The MG 100 Cavalcade will arrive in the South East at Ancaster MG, Dartford on Friday afternoon. There will then be an evening reception before it heads off from one of five road runs on Saturday all leading to the lawns in front of The Fairmile in Cobham, Surrey. You will be met there with a display of cars, Magic Marco, Jake Fryer Jazz Duo and a buffet late afternoon meal. MGCC President John Day will be there to greet you along with vice-president Ian Quarrington.

This is also an opportunity to visit the Motoring Museum with exhibitions of competition cars, decades of MGs and concours and pride of ownership competitions. There will be talks on MG history and the famous test hill will be open for climbs.
