History of Car and any work or modifications carried out: This car was originally purchased in Nashville, Tennesee and while living in Kentucky, I purchased it as being the second owner in 2003. It had been in storage for about 14 years and needed a lot attention as it had not run for a number of years, the paint was several shades of green and the top (hood) and interior was in ruin. It went through a three year restoration whereby the engine and transmission were rebuilt, the body was restored and painted to the original color, the interior was replaced including leather custom seats, and a new top (hood) was installed. Since the original restoration over the years other changes have been made: replaced the original carburetor with twin SU carbs, installed a Ford T9 5 speed gear box and purchased bimini top for protection from the hot Florida sun since I live here now. The car has been driven to several car shows over the years both in the Kentucky/Tennesee and Florida area and has achieved several trophies. It has been a joy to drive.
