1  Room booking – Guests to call venue Reservationist on 01926 310507 (Monday – Friday 0830-1630) and quote booking reference 242634 to obtain the preferential rates. Full payment is required at the time of booking; all bookings are fully refundable up until 48 hours prior to arrival. Other nights are available, and rate will be confirmed by the hotel when the booking is made.
Rooms will be held until 1 October so please book as soon as you can.
2  Meal booking – to book places for the meal only please call the Guests to call venue Reservationist on 01926 310507 (Monday – Friday 0830-1630) and quote booking reference 242634 to obtain the preferential rates. Full payment is required at the time of booking, all bookings are fully refundable up until 48 hours prior to arrival. Please book by 1 November 2025.
