Am I a young member?

The MG Car Club Young Members Branch officially caters for MG enthusiasts aged 16-30. However, we are always happy to chat with MG owners and fans, whatever your age.

How do I get involved?

Make sure you’ve checked out all of our social media pages (Facebook and Instagram). Feel free to drop us a message via social media, or come and chat to us at an event!

Why should I join?

Discounted Young Members Branch membership entitles you to all the benefits of MGCC membership, at a much lower price. You will receive a monthly copy of the award winning MGCC magazine ‘Safety Fast’, access to Centres and Registers, discounts on events, spare parts and more, plus a whole host of other benefits.

Can I join your Committee?

We are always looking for like-minded MG enthusiasts to help us run the Branch. If you think you can help, please drop us a message via social media and we’ll go from there.

Do I have to have an MG to join?

No! Quite a few of our members don’t have an MG. You just need to be able to appreciate everything octagonal.

Do you sell merchandise?

We offer a wide range of Young Members Branch window stickers. These stickers come in a huge choice of colours – we even offer some ‘Monogram’ colour stickers for those of you with MG Rover Monogram paint! We can also provide branded clothing, such as hoodies and T shirts. These can be personalised with your name. Drop us a message on social media to order!

I’m looking to buy my first car. Why MG?

MG offers something for every type of person. Many of our members grew up around classic cars. Some decided independently to take the leap into classic car ownership, and found that the likes of a classic MGB or Midget offered a reasonably priced entry into classic car life. Others were simply looking for a low-cost daily car and settled on the new MG3. Whatever your background, price range, needs, or anything else, there is an MG out there for you.
