100 days until MGLive! 2017!
The countdown is well and truly on for MGLive! 2017 as it is 100 days and counting until the biggest MG party in the world, held on Saturday 17th and Sunday 18th June, with tickets now on sale. This year marks the 66th year the MG Car Club has put on its annual show at the home of British motorsport – Silverstone.
MG fans and motoring enthusiasts can once again expect a full weekend of non-stop racing, an action-packed live arena, over 3000 MGs on display, evening entertainment, cars for sale and much more.
In the coming weeks the MG Car Club will announce several exciting new additions to the line-up, both on and off the circuit, confirming more content than ever before.
On the track, seven of the MG Car Club’s own championships will be racing on the GP circuit along with some very exciting invited guests that will certainly be turning heads – and quite quickly!
For those who want to be in the thick of the action, the California Cup autotest is free to enter for the first time in 2017, and has been moved to a prime location at the heart of the event.
Several of the traditional elements will return – but with a twist. Specialist traders will be at the heart of the show, bringing with them a new live demonstration area, featuring a selection of experts showcasing a variety of restoration and repair techniques.
A sea of MGs will be spread across Silverstone covering the marque’s 90+ year history, making it the best way to see why MG became one of Britain’s most loved car manufacturers.
The ‘Cars for sale’ area is back by popular demand, so if you’ve ever thought about getting one of your own or are looking to sell your car, there’s no better place than MGLive! You’ll be buying from the best possible people – genuine enthusiasts with a real passion for motoring.
