History of Car and any work or modifications carried out: Here is the Midget I have had since I was 17. I passed my driving test in it and had a few other firsts with it! I have taken it down to Italy in the early years and then my son took it to Portugal for the MG Car Club Porto EEOTY in 2017. Still the best car for the Devon lanes. Around 1985, the fuel pump packed up, and so it was put in to a garage for what ended up being 20 odd years!  We then dug it out of its slumbers, had it restored and it is now back on the road (and has been for over 10 years).  We did a few upgrades to the engine; slightly bigger SUs, uprated  exhaust, and here we now are – ‘back to school’!  However, not quite so easy getting in and out of!! My sons enjoy driving it, and in fact my youngest now has a Sprite of his own.
