MG ZS

MG ZS

Designed and engineered by engineers based at Longbridge and China, the MG ZS was specifically honed by the Longbridge engineers. Making it drive and handle like an MG should, also being specifically tuned for UK roads. The ‘compact SUV’ is available in three trim levels, Explore, Excite and Exclusive. All levels feature a 1.5 litre four cylinder naturally aspirated engine with stop start and smart charging. On the top two specification trim levels, the option of 1.0 litre three cylinder turbocharged engine mated was available.

In 2020 the facelift version of the MG ZS was launched with an exterior redesign and an uplift in specification and quality. Carried over from the old car, the new MG ZS features the 1.5-litre petrol engine with improvements to the acceleration and economy. Unlike the previous model, the new MG ZS is only available in two trim levels, Excite and Exclusive.

The MG ZS EV marked the first fully electric vehicle from MG, there was little difference from the petrol-powered models. As a full BEV (Battery Electric Vehicle), the MG ZS EV is powered by a single electric motor. Only available in the two upper trim levels, Excite and Exclusive, there are options available not previously seen on the petrol versions.
