Vehicle Modification Logs
All competitors are required to complete a Vehicle Modification Log. This lists any changes or modifications you may have made to your car. It should be taken to all events and should be available for inspection by the Championship Scrutineer or Championship Coordinator.
The following version should be used by competitors who are NOT claiming any period exemptions, such as the requirement to wear a FHR/HANS device.

The following version should be used by competitors wishing to claim a period exemption. It has been signed off by Motorsport UK as meeting the requirements of Yearbook Regulation Section J 5.1.2.
