With the main events of the year now behind us, we can relax a little as we head into the autumn.

The racing championships continue at Oulton Park on 1st September and will literally be on us when these notes are published.  They then conclude at Snetterton on Satutrday 29th September.  Remember there will be lunchtime parade laps at both these race meetings so visit Geoff Hirst in race control if you would like to drive your own car around the circuit.

Moving into October now, we will be present again at Lancing Motor Show on 14th October.  We will be going down there to promote the club, ourselves, and the ZED’s in the world of classic cars.  We had a great time last year and we enjoyed flying the MG Rover Flag with the local enthusiast groups.  If you are interested in attending, please contact either myself at the e-mail address at the head of these notes or Paul Money at paulmoneymg@gmail.com so we can get an idea of how much space we will need, and how many passes we need to ask for.  We will then send them out in due course.   For further information, visit the official Lancing Motor Show page.
