DESCRIPTION:The Aldwark Manor Hotel \nWe have moved the dates for this event to a midweek as all the suitable hotels we have looked at were already booked by wedding parties at weekends. The Aldwark Manor Hotel was found by Jeff and Kate Marsden after much searching and you can view their facilities by going to their website. \nWe are now in a position to accept entries for the Tour. We have reserved 28 Classic rooms in the main hotel at £601 and 12 new ‘Bunker’ rooms which are currently being built (the hotel has a golf course) in a separate building at £496. Attendees will book direct with the hotel using the booking code shown below. For single occupancy\, please contact Annie Matthews first. \nBooking\nThe terms and conditions include provision for rescheduling due to any future Government COVID requirements. A deposit of 25% is payable on booking\, with the remaining 75% payable 6-8 weeks prior to the event.\nThe booking code is AMEMG to get the rate above. You can book direct with the hotel by emailing reservations@aldwarkmanorhotel.co.uk or by telephone on 01347 838146. \nCancellation terms are \n\n25% of the Contracted Value between 182 and 127 days prior to the arrival date\n50% of the Contracted Value between 126 days and 31 days prior to the arrival date\n100% of the Contracted Value 30 days prior to the arrival date\n\nThere is also a T Register Booking Form for the event and an entry fee of £50 to cover preparation of road book and other items.
