DESCRIPTION:The 2024 Autumn Tour to will be to Mid Wales\, and has been booked for 3rd – 6th September 2024. The venue will be the Metropole Hotel & Spa in Llandrindod Wells. \nThis historic motoring hotel has been the venue for many events. There are numerous opportunities to explore the magnificent countryside and we’ll design routes to make the most of this.\nAs usual\, there will be road runs organised for both the Wednesday and Thursday. You can see a video of the 2019 Autumn Tour on the T Register YouTube Channel – \n \nThere will be a £50 entry fee per car for the administration for organising the Tour – route reconnaisance etc – and surplus funds will be allocated to participants’ enjoyment of the event. \nHotel Booking Arrangements|\nWe have reserved 45 rooms of various types for 3 nights. The rates include: \n• Accommodation and breakfast\n• 3 course evening menus with tea/coffee\n• Gala dinner in a private dining room on Thursday 5th Sep 2024\n• Access to spa facilities\n• Reserved parking \nThe rates are:\n• 2 adults\, 3 nights Classic Double £510 per couple\n• 2 adults\, 3 nights Superior Double £585 per couple\n• 1 adult\, 3 nights single room £300\nA selection of these bedrooms is on hold for us\, and once you have the booking code you can ring the hotel on 01597 823700 and book. \nHotel cancellation policy on your individual reservations\nThere will be a £20 per person non-refundable deposit. The deposit is a non-refundable administration fee but is credited to your account on a successful arrival. Individual reservations cancelled within 4 to 7 days prior to arrival are charged at 60%. Thereafter any cancellations received within 72 hours prior (4pm 3 days prior) to arrival are charged at 100%. \nBooking is now open\nPlease complete the form below (and don’t forget to press submit!) and pay the £50 admin fee by one of the methods shown.
