MGA Autumn Tour 2023

The MGA Register is pleased to announce that booking will be open from 7th November 2022 for our Autumn 2023 tour.
The venue will be Sudbury House Hotel, 56 London Street, Farringdon, Oxfordshire, SN7 7AA, where we have provisionally booked the entire hotel – 50 Rooms!
The tours will offer the opportunities to visit Kimber House if you have never been, as well as the beauty of the Cotswold villages and for the adventurous a dash to the British Motor Museum at Gaydon.
For the 2 main dates of Friday 29th and Saturday 30th September 2023, rates will be: £185 double / £150 single per night so £370 double and £300 single for the 2 nights.
There will be an informal buffet meal on the Friday night and our traditional 3 course meal Gala Dinner on the Saturday night. These are both included in the “Dinner & B&B” rates quoted above.
For the Sunday night the rate is £175.00 double / £140 single occupancy for an informal diner on the Sunday night. Based on the success of the Autumn ’22 tour in Chichester, it appears that most members prefer to dine in for 3 nights.
The dining room can take up to 150 guests, members who choose to stay elsewhere or book too late to stay at Sudbury House can attend the Gala Dinner on Saturday night at a cost of £38 per head.

The hotel will require a £30 non-returnable deposit. Please specify whether you will be staying and dining for two nights or three. The hotel will ask you the same question.
