Announcement \n2. Apologies for Absence. \n3. To approve the minutes of the GM held Saturday 14th October 2023 \n4. To receive the Financial Statements for the year ending December 31 2023 together with the Reports of the Directors and Auditors thereon and to reappoint Wenn Townsend as Auditors. \n5. To elect the Chairman of the Club for the coming year. \n6. To elect the President of the Club for the coming year. \n7. To elect the current Vice Presidents of the Club for the coming year. \n8. To elect the Vice Chairman of the Club for the coming year \n9. To elect the Treasurer of the Club for the coming year. \n10. a. To re-elect Directors of the Club for the coming year\, standing down by rotation. \n10. b. To elect new Directors of the Club for the coming year. \n11. To transact any other ordinary business of an AGM that may properly be considered. \nEvery member has a statutory right to appoint another person as his proxy to exercise all of his rights to attend and to speak at a general meeting of the Club.
