There’s plenty to do this weekend with your MG, here’s the Car Club’s guide to how you can spend this Saturday and Sunday getting the most out of your MG!

MGCC Race meeting, Snetterton, 10th and 11th.

Midgets Castle Combe Easter MondayIt’s the season finale for the MGCC this weekend, so why not head up to Norfolk and Snetterton for some non-stop MG motorsport?

The weekend will include action from the Aero Racing Morgan Challenge, the Avalanche Motorsport BCV8 Championship, the Peter Best Insurance Challenge, the Lackford Engineering Midget and Sprite Challenge, the Drayton Manor MG Metro Cup and more. The first race on Saturday gets underway at 12:05, while Sunday’s action starts at 9:00. Tickets are available from £10 in advance, or £14 on the gate, with under 13s free.

British Touring Car Championship – Brands Hatch, 10th and 11th

Sticking with motorsport, the BTCC reaches its climax this weekend as the championship returns to Kent and Brands Hatch, this time with the action on the longer Grand Prix circuit. Saturday’s programme is based around free practice and qualifying, while on Sunday the action includes not only three rounds of BTCC action but also support races from the likes of the Clio Cup and the Ginetta Junior Championship.

There’s everything to play for with MG and Triple 8 still capable of retaining there Constructors title, with Honda Yuasa Racing 64 points ahead of MG. Andrew Jordan is on of five drivers who could still be crowned 2015 Champion, so its set to be an exciting weekend.  You can find more information on tickets here (under 14s are free) and the race timetable here.
