Plains Trains and Automobiles Road Run
THE MG CAR CLUB’s Midget Register September Road Run is taking place on Sunday 7th September.
Titled ‘Planes, Trains and Automobiles, the run will start at Kemble Airfield (Cotswold Airport), between Cirencester and Tetbury before following an 80 mile Tulip route through South Gloucestershire and Wiltshire. It finishes at the Museum of Steam in Swindon.
Dennis Wharf has traditionally organised this annual event, but for 2014 Neil Thomas has stepped forward and volunteered to take the reigns.
The entry cost is £26 per car for MG Car Club members and includes entry to the museum, which is next door to the Swindon Shopping Outlet for the ladies if they fancy a wander.
