For the next six weeks, the Abingdon Museum will be exhibiting MG’s involvement in motorsport from down the years. MG has been in the realms of motorsport since their inception in the 1920’s, fighting against the biggest names in motorsport including Ferrari, Alfa Romeo and Bugatti. MG has been part of an elite racing heritage that has seen them win challenging circuits and break the toughest records, and this exhibition collectively highlights the best of MG’s participation in competitive motorsport, from racing at Mille Miglia 1933, to the record breaking EX181 in 1957 –  celebrating a remarkable racing heritage, all conceived by an Abingdon based car manufacturer.

Entry is free, so if you’re in the area be sure to check out this special exhibition.
