The MG Car Club's Executive Committee has agreed to set up a Working Group to look at all aspects of the Club’s activities with Traders and Suppliers.The Group will be made up of Register representatives, the Club General Manager and George Wilder as the Executive Committee member responsible. It is intended that most of the work of the Group will be conducted by email and skype with just a few meetings face to face. The Group will hopefully be able to put proposals to the Executive Committee by the end of this year on the way forward.
The first stage for the Working Group will be to agree the strategic direction and purpose for the Club’s activities with Traders. The SVW Register have already made some very positive suggestions in this area. Once the strategy is in place the Group will need to work on the tactical elements to implement the determined needs.
