was delighted to help MG Motor UK
officially open their sales Centre at Longbridge on a glorious day in Birmingham.
The official opening was in conjunction with the world famous Macmillan coffee morning
and aimed to raise funds for the brilliant charity.
MGCC membership secretary Liz Allsworth baked a cake especially for the official opening which was well received by the large number of attendees.
MG Benji, the junior mascot of the MG Car Club, stayed on-site throughout the weekend and proved to be an extremely popular "Guy!"
The Longbridge dealership is a case of history repeating itself as there was a showroom there for a time when the site was occupied by MG Rover.
MG's PR manager Doug Wallace, said: “Customers who come to the Sales Centre will be able to buy their cars in a showroom which looks out on to the design centre and the engineering centre which has helped produce their cars.”
A full report of the opening will appear in November SafetyFast!
