Enthusiasts Trophy 2011

Adrian Clifford has been awarded the Enthusiasts Trophy for 2011 by the Anglia Centre Committee in recognition of all the hard work that went into organising the “Thames Bridges & Tunnels run”

As well as the tulip style route book (and all the planning, walking & numerous route drives that involved) a 2nd book was produced giving historical snippets of information on the various landmarks & places of interest all along the route, which Adrian Researched & Photographed in great detail.

The Billericay Natter has moved

*The Billericay Natter has a new venue from the 9th February 2012*

The Ship, Stock Road (B1007)
Stock, CM2 8LB

2nd Thursday
Dave Tynan: 01277 634703
Andrew Woods: 01277 210009

The Billericay Natter is a Pub Meet which aims to provide members in the South Essex area with a focal point where they can get together and share in all the social aspects of MG ownership, regardless of which model they own; either old or new. The Natter is held at The Ship, Stock Road, Stock, CM2 8LB, on the 2nd Thursday of each month.

Stock Road is the B1007 which runs from Billericay (where it joins the A176), through Stock and onto the A12 Jnc 16 (SP. Billericay & Galleywood).

We meet at around 7:30pm and, as the pub has a good value menu, most of our members come have a meal first.

The Bar has a good selection of Beers and also serves Tea & Coffee.

The pub provides a nice relaxed atmosphere and has a log fire for the cold winter nights, and has a large outdoor seating area overlooking the feilds for the warm summer nights. It has a large tarmac car park to the side and further parking on the road outside, so parking is never a problem.

The Natter is run on an informal basis and always has lively conversation on various topics. Once a year, on the 2nd Thursday in June, we organise an open evening where we invite members of other car clubs to come and join us. We present a trophy to the car of the night which was last won by Stuart Ellis for his superbly restored MGA.

Why not come and join us?

If you require any further help or assistance please contact either: Andrew Woods 01277 210009 after 7pm, or Dave Tynan 01277 634703 after 5.30pm.
